Along the way, the CARNEVALE team quietly delivered pro-bono and low-cost work to mission-driven organizations—until demand outpaced what one agency could give away.
Mike Carnevale founded Tech Collaborative in 2024 to carry the work forward as its own engine, with its own team to run it. The model is simple: give nonprofits the caliber of work they need to grow, and give young adults from nontraditional backgrounds the real experience they need to launch tech careers. Stronger nonprofits and stronger candidates, from the same work.
Today, Mike leads the board, working alongside an extraordinary team to bring the Tech Collaborative mission to life.
